ALIF Action for Literacy and Inclusion Foundation was born from a simple yet powerful belief: every woman deserves equal access to technology and the opportunities it creates.
In Pakistan, where women represent less than 25% of the IT workforce, we recognized an urgent need to bridge this gap. Founded by passionate advocates for gender equality in tech, ALIF addresses the unique challenges Pakistani women face when entering the digital economy.
